if you are searching for a different kind of Christian community, longing to explore spiritual questions in a place that’s welcoming to everyone.
...it's casual, contemporary, traditional, sacramental, poetic, conversational, participatory, thought-provoking, comforting, and holy. You'll find babies and old people, folks whose faith runs long and deep and folks who are searching, people celebrating and mourning and questioning.
on the ground floor of the Krause United Methodist Center every Sunday at 9:30 AM, under the leadership of Pastor Jessica Strysko and the Water’s Edge Band.
W.E. proclaim the love of Christ to everyone, regardless of color, gender, race, class, age, sexual orientation or gender identity. Join with us in full membership and communion.
Relevant, upbeat and thoughtful, Pastor Jessica Strysko makes certain the Water's Edge faith community stays grounded in scripture and the real world.
The Water’s Edge band is led by Stephanie Wright. Our band plays both current and traditional praise music, as well as original Christian folk/rock.
Each Sunday we celebrate Holy Communion. Our communion table is open to everyone. You don’t need to be a member of this church or any other church to take part.
You'll have the opportunity to help make lunches for the residents at The Rachel’s House (a refuge for abused women and children), by bringing food to families in need, and more.
Fresh-brewed coffee will be waiting as you walk in the door. After church, take the time to meet new friends. Join us for our monthly potlucks and local hikes. See you Sunday!
