Small Group Leadership Training

CURRICULUM
Each Small Group Leadership Training consists of four sessions, in which pairs of leaders are prepared to launch a small group of mutually supportive discipleship, rooted in the life of faith-based or non-profit organizations. Spread across four weeks, the Small Group Training prepares teams of leaders to launch small groups in 2017.

Designed specifically for the needs of local churches, Small Group Training equip pairs of leaders to launch and lead small groups of Christian disciples and seekers. By enrolling in pairs, leaders will be encouraged from the outset to plan for their small groups to replicate or “cell divide” on a timeline agreeable to the entire group.
